Parkside Park in Rice Hope- Port Wentworth-Gentle

Wednesdays at 4

Join me for 45 minutes of gentle yoga in this beautiful outdoor setting.  Bring a mat or towel.  Class is $5 payable by cash or Venmo only.  Suitable for all levels.  Beginners welcome.


Curry Room at Richmond Hill United Methodist Church-Gentle Faith Flow

Thursdays at 9:15

This hour-long class will teach you how to partner breath and movement as you’re led through a 45 minute gentle sequence that culminates with a 15 minute quiet time with God.  Suitable for all levels.  Beginners welcome. Please bring a mat and feel free to tote along your Bible and/or prayer journal.  New Testament scripture and prayer will be used during class.  $10/class or $30 month long pass available for purchase on the first Thursday of each month.  Pass expires at end of calendar month.  Class is payable by cash or Venmo.


Private Lessons

My specialty is helping others who deal with chronic pain, find relief through yoga and  get comfortable enough, through private lessons, to pursue group classes at their own local studio.  Yoga is for EVERY body type and age.  It is not about making your body fit into the pose, but the pose suit your body.  Private lessons range from $45-$60 per 60 minute session; depending on the location of lesson.
